Sudscape Resin Bound Gravel

We are expert installers of Sudscape resin bound gravel and we have a range of different colours to choose from. This is a popular surface type in the UK and can be used for a number of different areas including driveways, pathways and pool surrounds. This type of surfacing is similar to traditional resin bound; however it has a different sub-base and is a thicker system, which makes it stronger. Our system offers a smooth, attractive finish and is also a permeable system. Since Sudscape is SuDS (Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems) compliant water can drain through easily, helping to prevent flooding and puddling.

If you require more information on this type of surfacing, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our experts. By filling out the enquiry form on this page, we may offer you more details on the specification of the flooring along with the colours available and the costs to install the gravel.

What is Sudscape Paving?

Sudscape paving is made up of two layers to make the surfacing stronger and more flexible; this allows both people and cars to use the surface. This kind of surfacing does not need a macadam sub base installed beneath. Since little preparation is needed - dependent on your existing facility - this may reduce the costs of installation. The sub-base required includes compacted angular stones. The first part of the two-tier system involves rubber, stone and binder mixed together, which is then screeded over the angular stones making the base layer up to 30mm. Our installers will then lay the wearing course layer at 20mm depth; this layer consists of stone and binder. This makes the system 50mm overall, making it stronger and thicker when compared to than standard resin-bound.

We are able to offer you more information on our SUDS compliant gravel surface and a quote if required. Please fill in our contact box on this page for more details regarding prices and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible. Porous Paving

Our Sudscape specification is a porous system allowing water to drain through. Since both layers are completely permeable, the surface complies with SuDS and helps prevent flooding. The system can accumulate water over time so that it can be reused. Porous paving is great for domestic and commercial use. Many businesses prefer this kind of flooring due to the water management system. It is easy to clean this surface type - if you notice dirt or debris getting onto the surfacing, all you need to do is give the surface a light jet wash. We also can carry out repairs if necessary, however Sudscape paving is generally resistant to damage as it is a durable and long-lasting surface. Find out more about the range of surfaces we have available here - http://www.design-supply-install.co.uk/ to see what can work well in your surrounding areas.

As professional local installers, we may lay the porous paving in a range of colours. We can also alter our specification in order to meet individual needs.
